Arifalab is a cybersecurity technology company committed to building the security infrastructure that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Africa need to safeguard their data, support their clients, and operate with confidence.

Specialising in IT security operations solutions, Arifalab was established in 2023 to fill a gap that the cybersecurity industry has long overlooked. Many SMEs face the same threats as larger organisations but have historically lacked access to equivalent quality protection.

While the tools and expertise are available, the pricing, complexity, and deployment requirements have rendered proper cybersecurity coverage nearly inaccessible for most of these businesses, resulting in expanded attack surfaces and greater exposure to cyber threats.

This situation needed to change.

Before developing any solutions, the founding team went out and listened, speaking directly with owners of these businesses to understand exactly what was standing in the way.

The findings were both clear and consistent. Budget constraints, a shortage of skilled in-house personnel, and difficulties in integrating security across various systems emerged as the three primary barriers that were consistently identified. 

Every solution developed since has been a direct response to these challenges.

Today, Arifalab is creating intelligent security technology combined with expert managed services to overcome IT security operations (SecOps) challenges, eliminating the complexity, high costs, and technical hurdles that have left growing businesses underprotected for too long.
