Logeshwaran R

Logeshwaran R is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Associate at ARi since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a US IT Recruiter Trainee at Savvysoft Technologies and internships at organizations such as ChildFund India and HCL Foundation. Logeshwaran contributed to social impact initiatives, including the "City of 1000 Tanks" project focused on water conservation awareness and the "Integrated Storm Water Drain" project, which involved socio-economic analysis of affected populations. Additional internships involved studying urban homelessness in Chennai and organizing sessions for parents of differently-abled children. Logeshwaran holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Master of Social Work from Loyola College, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Madras Christian College.
