John Walker has extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industry, currently serving as Manager of OEM, Field Service, and Key Accounts for ARINC Direct at Rockwell Collins since 2013. Previously, Walker worked at ARINC as Manager of OEM and Field Service Engineering, overseeing a team of Account Managers and Field Service Technicians since December 2009. Prior to that, Walker held the position of Customer Program Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace from September 2000 to May 2009, where responsibilities included managing customer expectations and ensuring quality product delivery. Additionally, Walker served as Avionics Lead, leading a team of Avionics Technicians at the Gulfstream Service Center in Brunswick, Georgia.
