Robert Gill

Robert Gill is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of People at Arine since August 2024, where responsibilities include coaching the executive team on change management and overseeing a team of seven. Previously, Robert was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Luminar Technologies, leading HR for Luminar Semiconductor and facilitating the acquisition and integration of EM4 Inc. During tenure at Block, Robert led the Cash Tech HRBP Team, managing HR for engineering and machine learning divisions and overseeing significant HR initiatives. As the Director of People Operations at ThirdLove, Robert implemented foundational HR processes including the first engagement survey and performance feedback system. At Checkr, Robert established and expanded the People Operations function while launching diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and participation in the Transformative CHRO Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
