Founded in 1973, Arinex stands as a market leading professional conference organiser and digital-first event marketing company, dedicated to transforming ideas into impactful experiences that forge genuine connections and inspire meaningful action. Our approach is digital-first, powered by innovative in-house technology, bold creativity, and meticulous operational precision. From orchestrating global summits to curating memorable destination incentives and executing seamless corporate events, our future-focused methodology integrates cutting-edge technology, compelling storytelling, and unparalleled operational excellence. We pride ourselves on being more than just event partners; we are architects of connection, driven by a vision to shape the future of event marketing through precision, innovation, and connection.

Proud of our Australasian heritage, we deeply respect and embrace the cultures and values of Australia’s First Peoples and Aotearoa, New Zealand Māori. This local understanding is amplified by our expansive global reach, strengthened through strategic partnerships with leading international organizations such as the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), the INCON global partnership of Professional Conference Organisers, and relevant to our Austrailan offices, the International Association of Professional Conference Organisers (IAPCO).
