Adrian Escofet

Adrian Escofet has over 9 years of work experience in various roles. Adrian began their career in 2011 as a Backoffice Manager at HealthAdvisor.com. In 2014, they joined EDU Editorial as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the team developing intelligent books. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Consultor and Research Analyst at MVD Consulting, as well as a Consultor externo at Dynamo, Loopstud.io, GRAAS Architecture, Sarah Kosta - Jewels of Art, and ARQUITECTURAMAS. In 2019, they joined montevideo labs as a Consultor externo. Currently, Adrian is a People & Culture Director at Arion, where they are responsible for designing and implementing People & Culture initiatives in alignment with the business strategy.

Adrian Escofet has studied at the Universidad de la República. Adrian has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Bill George sobre autoconocimiento, autenticidad, y liderazgo" in January 2023, "Transición de responsable a líder" in January 2023, "Fundamentos del liderazgo" in December 2022, "Guy Kawasaki on Turning Life Wisdom into Business Success" in October 2022, and "Leadership: Practical Skills" in September 2022. Additionally, they have obtained Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Auditor certifications in November 2010 and 2010 respectively.
