Candelaria Chiarello

Candelaria Chiarello has worked in the recruitment and human resources industry since 2012. Candelaria started their career as an Administrative at @ Computer S.A. In 2019, they joined G&L Group as an IT Recruiter, where they were later promoted to Team Lead. In 2021, they worked as a Sourcer for a US company. Currently, they are working as a People & Culture Specialist at arionkoder, where they are responsible for screening and interviewing candidates in LATAM for US Clients.

Candelaria Chiarello attended Universidad de Palermo from 2014 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Derecho. Candelaria has also obtained three additional certifications: Fundamentos de la programación: Pruebas de software y QA from LinkedIn in January 2023, Desarrollo Web from Coderhouse in November 2022, and Recursos humanos: Contratación de perfiles de desarrollo from LinkedIn in July 2022.
