Carla Vdovichenko has worked in Human Resources since 2010. Carla began their career at People Employ SA as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2011, they moved to Prince International Corporation as a Human Resources Manager for Latin America. In 2018, they took the role of HR Lead at Bonacci Group Pty Ltd. In 2019, they became a People & Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Volt Bank. Finally, in 2021, they took on the role of People & Culture Specialist at arionkoder. In each role, Carla has been responsible for recruitment and selection, on-boarding processes, and other HR operations.
Carla Vdovichenko holds a Degree in Labour Relations with a field of study in Human Resources Management from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Australian Pacific College. Additionally, they have obtained a Life Coach Certification from the New Skills Academy in September 2020, a SOX Acts certification from the Prince International Corporation in August 2015, an ISO 9001/14001 y OSHAS 18001 certification from the Prince International Corporation in September 2012, and a TOEFL IBT certification from The TOEFL® test in June 2017.
