Cecilia Larrosa has had a varied career, beginning with woOw in 2012, where they held the roles of Client Account Manager, Talent Management Assistant, and Executive Assistant. In 2017, they joined December Labs as a Client Partner, Brand & Account Executive, and Talent Acquisition. Cecilia was also with Hint Health in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are with arionkoder as a Sr. Tribe Lead, with the purpose of serving customers by building cultural empathy and recognizing the business's primary objectives.
Cecilia Larrosa began their educational journey in 2008 when they completed a Teacher Training Course at International House Uruguay to become an English Teacher. In 2012, they began studying at Facultad de Información y Comunicación and completed their studies in 2016. In 2017, they completed a Startups 101 course at Hydra Campus. Lastly, in 2018, they obtained a Licenciatura en Gerencia y Administración from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
