Eric Tornquist has a wealth of experience in marketing and business development. Eric began their career in 1999 as a Product Manager for Submarino, a leading e-commerce website. In 2000, they worked as a Marketing Consultant for Cubika. From 2003 to 2005, they were a Marketing Manager for GlobalLogic, and simultaneously a Professor and Researcher at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2003, they Co-Founded Smark - Online Marketing. From 2011 to 2018, they were the CMO - Regional Marketing, Product & BI Manager LatAm for Dridco - La Nación. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing & Business Development Consultant | Advisor | Investor for Independent, an Investor and International Partner for Poliois Vegetais, and an Investor for various startups. Eric is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for arionkoder.

Eric Tornquist has a long and varied education history. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Commercial Sciences from the Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini in 1994 and then a Chartered Accountant in 1989-1993. Eric then attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1995-1998 for Business Administration and from 1999-2004 for Industrial Design. In 2005, they obtained an International Trade and Marketing degree from Standard Bank Foundation (former Bank of Boston) and a Specialist in Project and Strategic Management from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2007-2008, they completed an MBA at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and then an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2008. In 2015-2016, they completed a Master in Finance at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and in 2019 they completed an Executive Program by Emeritus at MIT Sloan School of Management for Digital Transformation. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Digital Body Language, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, and Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience.
