Martin Bouza

Martin Bouza has over 25 years of experience in the IT and BPO industries. Martin began their career in 1995 as the IS Department Lead at ABITAB SA, where they were responsible for the setup, support, and operations of the company's collections and bill payment network. In 1998, they moved to SONDA Uruguay as a Team Lead, where they were in charge of process mapping and documentation. In 2001, they joined InfoFile Inc as a Project Coordinator, and in 2002 they were promoted to Vertical Head at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2011, they Co-Founded MVD Consulting and Global Treatments International / www.zegit.com, where they were the Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, they were appointed Director of Consulting Latin America at Tholons, and in 2022 they became an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council. In 2020, they Co-Founded Arionkoder, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer.

Martin Bouza completed a Leadership Development Program at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios in 2009, studying Business. Martin then obtained an Analista de Sistemas degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay between 1998 and 2000, studying sistemas. In 2019, they obtained a Foundations in Creative Leadership Certificate from IDEO U. In 2006, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
