David Tizzard

David Tizzard is an experienced academic and media professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Seoul Women's University since December 2008. Tizzard contributes as a Book Reviewer for NK News and as a World News Contributor for Arirang TV, both roles initiated in 2022. Additionally, Tizzard is a Senior Contributor for Asia Society and an Adjunct Professor at Hanyang University, with both positions established in 2021 and 2019 respectively. Tizzard has been writing columns for The Korea Times since September 2017 and previously co-hosted the TBS eFM radio program "A Little of a Lot." Tizzard's educational background includes a PhD in Korean Studies and an MA in Asian Studies/Civilization from Hanyang University and Sejong University respectively.
