Ludovic D.

Ludovic D. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at ARIS, overseeing global initiatives in Customer Success, Professional Services, and Renewals since December 2025. Prior to this role, Ludovic was the Head of Customer Success International at OneTrust, where responsibilities included leading international Customer Success across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, and driving a transformation towards a customer value-driven success strategy. Ludovic’s experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Customer Value for EMEA South and LATAM at Celonis, and holding various senior positions at Salesforce, where achievements included significant revenue growth and the launch of the EMEA South Success Specialist Practice. Earlier career highlights include managing CRM projects at ESI Group across multiple countries. Ludovic holds an Executive Education degree from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's in Business Administration along with a Master's in International Business.
