Sara Ryan

Sara Ryan, PHR, is currently the Director of Human Capital and Culture at ARIS Solutions, where they oversee human resources for approximately 570 employees. Previously, they served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Dartmouth College, managing HR for the Geisel School of Medicine and implementing programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Their earlier experience includes roles at GE Power & Water and Vermont Mutual Insurance Group, where they honed skills in project management, employee relations, and training development. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Plymouth State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Albany.
