Lance Springer

Lance Springer has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Lance is currently the Director of Arise Virtual Solutions Workforce & Command Support at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. Prior to that, Lance worked at 24-7 Intouch as the Director of US WEST Operational WorkForce & Command Support, and as the Senior Manager of Operations and WorkForce Support. Lance also served as the President of SpeedPro Imaging Home Office, where they provided full solutions for commercial imaging and graphics. Lance's earlier experience includes working at Verizon Communications as the Associate Director of Work Force Management and at Verizon as a Senior Operations Manager and Manager in Financial Risk Management Operations.

Lance Springer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University, which they attended from 1999 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Hawkeye Community College, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Lance has obtained certifications in various subjects, including "The Art of Impossible (Blinkist Summary)", "Contact Center Leadership", "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps", and "Information Systems".
