Nathan McDermit

Nathan McDermit, MSIT, currently serves as Director of the Learning Academy within Transformation Services at ArisGlobal, where responsibilities include leading a team of Instructional Designers and Learning and Development Specialists to create and implement training programs. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions at Performance Development Group and ArisGlobal, focusing on organizational readiness and instructional design. With a solid foundation in education and instructional technology, Nathan has expertise in assessing training needs, managing projects, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Nathan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
