Maxine Anderson is the co-founder and COO of Arist. Arist is a company that helps deliver learning, training, and nudges to companies via Teams, Slack, and text message-based courses. Maxine is also a founding member of the College Ventures Network. The College Ventures Network is the first global network of student-run startup accelerators in the world. Maxine is also the co-founder/advisor of Project W, a student-led group that is dedicated to inspiring and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration amongst women innovators and entrepreneurs across college campuses. Lastly, Maxine was the VP of Marketing at eTower for 9 months.

Maxine Anderson attended Babson College and received a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Maxine was involved in e-Tower, AKPsi, and CWEL Scholar while attending Babson College. Prior to attending Babson College, they attended The Delphian School from 2014-2017. During their time at The Delphian School, they were Student Council President and Cheerleading Captain.
