Kumar Narayanan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product management across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Vice President at Arista Networks since October 2017, Kumar focuses on expanding campus networking solutions and cognitive networking models. Previous roles include Co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Cancun Systems, where innovative infrastructure software for Big Data was developed, and various senior leadership positions at Juniper Networks and Cisco, overseeing significant advancements in storage infrastructure and content networking. With a Master of Science in Data Science from UC Berkeley and a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Kumar combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation in networking technologies.
