Ricks Mattson

Ricks Mattson has worked in the healthcare industry since 1985. Ricks began their career at Tokos Medical as an Area Vice President, where they were responsible for 19 branches in a $24 million region and received multiple awards including President's Club and Chairman's Club Award. In 1997, they moved to Biex as the Western Area Director. After that, they joined Pointshare Corporation in 2000 as Vice President/Enterprise Sales and Regional Vice President for CA, UT and CO. Ricks was responsible for developing successful sales strategies and managing a team of 9 Account Executives. In 2001, they joined Anthem, Inc. as the Director of National Accounts/West for the Health Management Corporation Division. Ricks closed comprehensive disease management contracts with six leading BlueShield/Blue Cross and other regional health insurers resulting in over $7M of new revenue and won the “Blues Achiever” sales recognition award. In 2004, they moved to Covidien as the Regional Manager/West for the Healthcare Respiratory and Monitoring Solutions Division. In 2011, they joined XHale Innovations as the Southwest Territory Sales Manager. Here, they developed a pipeline of key hospital systems throughout 15 states in the West. In 2013, they moved to Sequenom, Inc. as the National Accounts Director West. Ricks was responsible for all managed care network contracting throughout 12 states in the West and won the first President's Club award for Sequenom National Account Directors in 2015. Finally, in 2016, they joined AristaMD as the Director of Managed Care. Ricks is responsible for all health plan contracting nationally.

Ricks Mattson attended Arizona State University from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
