Charlene Wright

Charlene Wright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business architecture and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist at Aristocrat since March 2020, Charlene previously held multiple roles at Cisco from 2007 to September 2019, including Business Architect in Strategy & Business Acceleration and Customer Success, where significant improvements in cycle time and revenue were achieved. As a Principle Business Architect and Team Lead, leadership was enhanced through the redesign of the architect playbook, driving a focus on scenario-based templates. Charlene's earlier roles include Program Manager at Cisco and Sr. IT Analyst in various capacities at IBM, Hitachi GST, and others, showcasing a strong foundation in IT service management and enterprise architecture. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
