James "JB" Brown possesses extensive experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Escalation Management at Aristocrat since December 2002. Previous roles at Aristocrat include Technical Support Manager IV for Systems Customer Support North America, Director of Project Management, NSSC Manager, and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to Aristocrat, Mpower Communications employed James as a Unix Administrator, overseeing over 70 servers running various Unix/Linux-based operating systems. James also served in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1998 as a Crew Chief for the F16 fighter aircraft.
