Michael Ross

Michael Ross has extensive experience in financial accounting and technical accounting, currently serving as Principal Director of Technical Accounting and M&A and Head of Group Financial Accounting and Policy at Aristocrat Gaming since April 2010. In these roles, responsibilities include ASX reporting, liaising with the Audit Committee, and addressing technical accounting issues, along with overseeing acquisition accounting and due diligence. Prior to this, Michael was a Group Accounting Manager, managing ASX reporting and financial statements while collaborating with auditors. From February 1999 to March 2010, Michael worked at KPMG Australia as a Senior Manager, leading a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various industries, including Ainsworth Game Technology and Resmed. Michael holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
