Sumit Ranjan

Sumit Ranjan is a Senior Manager in Quality Assurance at Aristocrat, with a career spanning over a decade since February 2010. In this role, responsibilities include setting up the CVL and SIT teams in AIDC, defining test strategies, and managing task delegation, effort estimation, and risk analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Sumit held positions as a Manager and Team Lead, along with serving as a Lead Test Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing testing assets, defining testing roles, and providing estimates and metrics. Sumit began a career in testing as a Test Engineer at PureTesting from February 2007 to February 2010, where security testing was introduced and business requirement specifications were reviewed. Sumit holds a BE in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is currently pursuing a Senior Management Programme in Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
