Arithmos is an AI-powered custom index builder that turns plain English into transparent, rule-based portfolios.

Describe the exposure you want - e.g. “AI infrastructure, no Chinese listings, max 20 names, cap at 8%” - and the system translates it into a structured index rulebook: universe, filters, weighting method, and rebalance cadence. It then selects constituents using real market data, explains inclusion and exclusion decisions, assigns weights, and runs a historical backtest against a benchmark.

Outputs include:
• Full holdings list with weights and rationale
• Backtest results (CAGR, volatility, Sharpe, drawdown)
• Benchmark comparison (e.g. S&P 500)
• Exportable files (CSV and broker-ready formats)

Arithmos does not manage money or execute trades. It produces the index - a transparent, repeatable set of rules and weights. Users export the holdings and invest via their own broker.

Core use cases:
• Build thematic or factor-based portfolios (AI, defence, dividends, ESG, etc.)
• Apply precise constraints (region, market cap, exclusions, caps)
• Test ideas before allocating capital
• Maintain discipline via scheduled rebalancing

Positioning:
Direct indexing, made accessible. The same rule-based construction used by institutional index providers, exposed through a simple prompt interface.

Arithmos is a research tool. It is not financial advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
