Joy Thomas

Joy Thomas is the current Vice President of Operational Excellence at Arity. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Connected Car at Allstate from January 2009 to March 2017. Before their time at Allstate, Ms. Thomas was the Vice President of Corporate Development at BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2007 to December 2009. Joy began their career in 1994 at Baxter Healthcare where they spent thirteen years and held the title of Senior Director of Strategy & M&A.

Joy Thomas completed their MBA in Finance & International Business at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their BS in Finance at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They work with Larry Rask - VP, Sales & Business Development, Amit Goswami - VP, Engineering, and Chris Belden - VP, Customer Success. Joy Thomas reports to Gary Hallgren, President.
