Carles More is an experienced digital design leader, currently serving as Head of Digital Design Experiences at Aritzia since September 2025, where Carles shapes innovative brand experiences across digital platforms. In addition to this role, Carles has been the Director and Teacher of the MA Digital Design program at LaBasad since April 2019, overseeing faculty and curriculum while supporting students. Previous experience includes a role as a Creative and Strategic Consultant for Reformation in mid-2025, Head of Art & Digital at Massimo Dutti from June 2022 to June 2025, and Co-Founder and Creative Director at CROWD from June 2013 to June 2022. Carles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic & Communication Design from IED Barcelona and completed the High Impact Leadership Program at IE Business School in 2024.
