Chris Strongman

Chris Strongman is the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Aritzia, a prominent fashion boutique, where they have been since 2020. Prior to their current role, Chris led Loss Prevention divisions at Best Buy and Target and served in various risk management positions, including Senior Global Risk Manager at Kit and Ace. Since joining Aritzia in 2016, Chris has significantly expanded their team and upgraded security systems across the organization. Additionally, Chris is committed to community engagement through coaching youth sports teams. They hold degrees in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, Risk Management from Simon Fraser University, and are currently pursuing Human Resource Management at the University of Manitoba.
