Grace H. is a seasoned professional in retail communications with a strong background at Aritzia, progressing from roles such as Retail Communications Intern to Manager of Retail Communications since September 2015. In this capacity, Grace has focused on developing and implementing innovative communication strategies to engage over 5,000 employees and create compelling content across diverse channels. Prior to Aritzia, experience includes positions at the Vancouver International Boat Show and Earls Kitchen + Bar, where exceptional customer service and coordination skills were demonstrated. Grace holds an Associate's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and completed coursework at Langara College.
