Laura Lui

Laura Lui has extensive experience in product operations and customer loyalty, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Operations (Integration) and Senior Manager of Customer Loyalty at Aritzia since May 2021. Prior to Aritzia, Laura held various leadership roles at CIBC from April 2014 to April 2021, including Director of Aventura Product Management and Senior Manager of Loyalty Rewards & Program Management. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Marketing Manager at American Express from September 2012 to March 2014. Laura earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University.
