Michelle Tran

Michelle Tran, LSW, has served as a School Social Worker at Noble Network of Charter Schools since August 2019, where responsibilities include providing support to students with special education needs, leading workshops, conducting group and individual sessions, and managing crisis situations. Michelle also functions as the Manager of Restorative Practices, creating and implementing systems for a supportive school environment, analyzing culture and equity data for improvement opportunities, and collaborating with community organizations. With experience as a School Wide SEL Interventionist and a Social Work Intern, Michelle has developed expertise in organizing school-wide interventions and supporting students and families through individualized counseling. In addition to a background in retail, Michelle holds an A.M. in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Chicago and a degree from the University of Washington.
