Niki Young

Niki Young serves as a Purchaser in Real Estate Development at Aritzia since September 2025. Prior to this role, Niki gained extensive experience at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, starting as a Team Lead and Print & Packaging Buyer from April 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included procuring ethical packaging and sourcing sustainable suppliers. Following this, Niki worked as a Distribution Associate and later as a Procurement Specialist from June 2015 to September 2025, managing procurement and allocations for signage, packaging, and sundries across over 250 retail locations while collaborating cross-functionally to support brand campaigns. Niki holds an education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
