Pippa Morgan

Pippa Morgan is our EVP, Retail, a position she has held since 2010. As a charismatic leader to our retail employees, Ms. Morgan has been instrumental in the development and refinement of our retail operations and comprehensive retail training program. Ms. Morgan promotes the elevation of retail as a rewarding career path and serves as an inspiration to young sales associates in the organization. Ms. Morgan joined us as a sales associate in 1992 and has held various retail management positions of increasing responsibility. She was promoted to Vice President, Retail Operations in 2001 and Executive Vice President in 2010. Ms. Morgan is an active member of the Retail Council of Canada and the Ryerson University Ted Rogers School of Retail Management Advisory Council. Ms. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of British Columbia.
