Tamara Melck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and talent development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Organizational & Talent Development at Aritzia since June 2022. Tamara previously held the roles of Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Strategy at Aritzia, and founded BackPocket Exec Advisory Co, offering strategic consultation to executives across various sectors. Tamara's career at Aritzia spans over a decade with various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of People & Culture. Tamara has also served as Chief Operating Officer at both NeonMind Biosciences and Better Plant Sciences.
