Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson has over 25 years of work experience. Eric began their career in 1996 as an Attorney at Baker & McKenzie, where they specialized in mergers & acquisitions and cross-border restructurings, as well as corporate formation and operation, venture capital, and private placements of securities. In 2004, they moved to Cooley LLP, where they worked as an Attorney. In 2010, they began working as a Legal and Business Consultant, providing legal and business consulting for technology companies, with a focus on commercial contracts, IP licensing, financial transactions, and business strategy. Eric also had significant experience advising non-profit organizations, both traditional and technology-focused. In 2016, Eric became the Chief Operating Officer at Wizni, Inc., and in 2021 they took on the same role at ARIVE.

Eric Anderson attended Brigham Young University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Russian from Brigham Young University in 1993.
