Brian Reschke

Brian Reschke, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Arjo, a position held since October 2014, and previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personnel policies and managing headcount and metrics reporting for US employees. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Supervisor at SYNCREON, overseeing HR operations in the Midwest and East Coast, and roles in recruitment and general HR functions at Technical Search, Inc., and RRAF. Brian Reschke holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
