Carl Lindgren

Carl Lindgren is the Head of Reward at Arjo, bringing extensive experience in compensation and benefits management across various organizations. They previously held roles such as Head of Reward at Nordea Asset Management and Compensation & Benefits Manager at NCC Construction Sverige AB. Carl began their career as a Financial Adviser at Max Matthiessen before transitioning to various senior positions in the reward and benefits sector. They earned a Master’s degree in Law from Stockholm University.
