Johan Östblad is the Head of Sustainability at Arjo, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they worked at Alfa Laval in various roles including Supplier Risk & Compliance Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager, Corporate Sustainability Development Manager, and Master Auditor from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Johan gained experience as a Sales and Technical Support representative and Quality Engineer at Aimpoint AB in 2004-2005, and served as a Sourcing Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer at Sony Mobile Communications from 2010 to 2011. Johan earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and studied Business Administration at Örebro University.
