Mike Hays

Mike Hays is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a solid background in military service. Currently serving as District Operations Manager at ArjoHuntleigh since November 2012, Mike oversees service operations across multiple territories. Previously, Mike held the position of Service Operations Manager at KCI USA Inc from October 2005 to November 2012, managing service operations in San Diego and Orange Counties. Mike's responsibilities included managing customer relationships, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and overseeing financial performance. Earlier in their career, Mike served in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years, culminating as Service Company Operations Chief, where Mike developed leadership and operational skills in various deployments. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
