Ark Build Plc is a construction company with a difference.

We provide reliable, sustainable and value for money solutions, delivered through effective planning and communication and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with client teams.

We are a dynamic organisation and embrace the modern philosophies of construction excellence on refurbishment, restoration, new build, planned and cyclical maintenance projects with a value range from £50,000 to £5,000,000 in both public and private domains.

We work across most sectors including Education, Commercial and Industrial, Retail, Health and Care, Residential and Public Buildings with expertise in Listed Building renovation.

We have an ambitious but carefully structured 5 year expansion strategy to achieve a consistent £30m annual turnover.

We have founded a sister company, Ark MEP, for the delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services. This reinforces our collaborative approach and gives positivity to the procurement and delivery of primary sub-contract packages.

“Ark Build Plc has worked with the UCLH Charity on various projects over the past two years. Their integrity, performance, delivery and quality of workmanship led the UCLH Charity to appoint them to lead the construction of the new 'Cotton Rooms' Patient Accommodation. The UCLH Charity are delighted that this high quality project has been successfully delivered and completed on time, in a truly professional manner.” Peter Burroughs, Enterprise Director, UCLH Charity.
