Michael Brown

Michael Brown has over 18 years of experience in IT and cloud services, currently serving as a Regional Sales Engineer and Systems Administrator at ark data centers since June 2015, where responsibilities include supporting and maintaining Public and Private Cloud infrastructures. Prior to this role, Michael worked at DRS LLC from November 2010 to June 2015 as a Cloud Services Engineer and also held positions as a Managed Services Systems Administrator and Tier 2 Help Desk technician, focusing on systems administration and client support for MSP customers. Michael began their career at BPI Information Systems from August 2005 to November 2010 as a Managed Services/Field Engineer, providing both onsite and remote technical support. Academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Computer Information Services from the National Institute of Technology and a high school diploma from Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy.
