Michael Hanna has over 25 years of experience in technology and infrastructure management. As a Technical Account Manager and Technical Services Manager at Involta since June 2005, Michael is responsible for maintaining data center and cloud infrastructure and providing Tier 3 support. Prior to this, Michael served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Net Solutions Inc., managing a team of 10 engineers and technicians while designing and implementing networks. Earlier roles included Network Engineer at Magical Computing Solutions and positions as Apple and PC Technician at Aztec Technology Partners and Entre Computer Systems, respectively. Michael holds an associate degree in Computer Technology from Youngstown State University and has studied at Kent State University.
