Ark & Partners is a Seoul-based private equity firm focused on small to mid-market control buyouts in Korea. We invest thematically—backing businesses shaped by technology adoption, demographic shifts, and structural change. Our primary focus is on business services and tech-enabled industries, with selective exposure to globally scalable consumer opportunities. Backed by both global and domestic LPs, we combine institutional rigor with hands-on partnership to build long-term value.
