Amanda Dohan

Amanda (Blair) Dohan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, talent development, and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ARKA Group, LP since October 2021, Amanda collaborates with the Senior Leadership team to drive corporate initiatives and manage HR investigations. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at both Danbury Mission Technologies and Ethan Allen Global, Inc., where responsibilities extended to supporting organizational needs for global operations. Amanda also has a robust background in recruiting, demonstrated through a tenure at ITech Consulting Partners, and is actively engaged in professional networking as a Committee Member of Northern Fairfield Professionals. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Connecticut State University.
