Joel K. is the founder, CEO, and COO of Arkade, Inc., a company that designs and engineers patented technologies and input hardware for the gaming and entertainment industries. They founded Smart Theater (2014–2018), where they led the effort to bring consumer VR to American retail shelves with partners such as Walmart, Toys R Us, and Target. Previously, they served as Senior Account Executive at What Kids Want! (2010–2017), coordinating domestic and international distribution of licensed toys and junior sporting goods and managing teams in California and Hong Kong. They earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan (2004–2008).
