Sean Echols has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support, currently working as a Senior Embedded QA Tester II at Arkane Studios since July 2015. Previously, Sean held positions at BattleCry Studios and NCSOFT, where responsibilities included defect tracking, test planning, and facilitating communication between teams. Prior to entering the gaming industry, Sean gained valuable skills in customer service and management through roles at Toys R Us, Trion Worlds, and Sears, in addition to earlier experience in collections and restaurant management. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
