Edward Radcliffe

Edward Radcliffe is currently a Data Visualization Analyst at Arkatechture. Prior to this, they were a Product Owner - eCommerce Services at Covetrus from August 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were Manager, Enterprise Business Systems at OpenText from May 2020 to August 2020. Radcliffe has also worked as a Manager, Tools & Technology at Carbonite from April 2019 to May 2020, where they were responsible for translating feature and functionality requests into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements using JIRA. Edward has also worked cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality delivered by the development team drove optimal ROI. Additionally, Radcliffe has conducted internal user workshops to gather feedback about in-process solutions to ensure maximum value upon delivery. Furthermore, they have advocated and acted as the SME to transition project management & software development to use Agile methodologies. Additionally, they have also planned, managed, and gathered resources for all phases of testing, including Beta, UAT, integration and performance. Lastly, Radcliffe has defined short & long-term vision for the department while providing updating status at regular intervals to enable transparency of project status.

Edward Radcliffe has a background in mass communication and media studies from their time at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. Edward also has three professional certifications in scrum, agile project management, and SAFe 5 product management.

They work with Devin Forsman - BI Data Analyst, Oscar Castro Carrillo - Junior Data Analyst, and Ryan Busansky - Senior Data Visualization Analyst. Their manager is Pat Lapomarda, Director of Managed Services.
