David Garnier

David Garnier has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Responsable Relations institutionnelle et clientèle at Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne since October 2012. In this role, David also leads the Département contrôle périodique des réseaux, overseeing the implementation of a periodic control system across all entities within the Arkéa Group with commercial networks, managing a team of 27 employees located in Brittany and Bordeaux. Prior to this, David held positions at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa from September 2006 to August 2012, including Responsable Service Inspection Crédit Mutuel Sud-Ouest, where David executed control programs for commercial agencies, and adjoint au responsable du Service Inspection Filiales, conducting audit missions across various subsidiaries of the Arkéa Group. David Garnier holds a DEA in Public Law and Economic Public Law from Université de Rennes I, earned in 1996.
