David Perkins

David Perkins has over 20 years of experience in project management and engineering roles within the chemical industry. David has worked for companies such as Arkema, Albemarle Corporation, INVISTA, The Dow Chemical Company, and Rohm and Haas. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Lead Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Gulf Coast Site Engineering Manager, Capital Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Acrylates Project Group Leader, Methacrylates Project Group Leader, and Project Engineer. David has led and executed projects ranging in size from $1MM to $90MM and has experience in various aspects of project management, including portfolio management, budgeting, resource planning, and contractor management.

David Perkins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990.
