David Silagy

David Silagy has over 27 years of experience at Arkema, where David has held several key positions including High Performance Polymers R&D Vice President and General Manager of Fluoropolymers. Prior roles at Arkema include Research Center Director, Specialty Polyamides R&D Manager, and Polymer Processing Department Manager, demonstrating a strong background in research and business development within the polymer industry. Prior to Arkema, David Silagy worked at ExxonMobil as a Ph.D. student. David Silagy earned a Ph.D. in Material Science from Mines Paris - PSL and has pursued additional education in societal challenges and executive leadership, including the ARKEMA Executive Program at INSEAD. Educational background also includes studies at Arts et Métiers and Lycée d'Estienne d'Orves.
