Eric Cassisa is a global leader in Operations, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), as well as Operational Excellence and Transformation. They began their career as a chemical engineer at bp chemicals from 1991 to 2005 and later held the role of Olefins Business Manager. From 2005 to 2012, Eric served as Directeur des opérations at INEOS ABS, and subsequently worked as Site Director at Huntsman and Operations Director at INEOS Enterprises. Currently, Eric is the Group HSE and Operational Excellence Director at Arkema, a position held since 2023, having previously been the HSE Director there from 2020 to 2023. Eric holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ENSIC and a CAAE in Management from IAE FRANCE.
